Should be Zerotel

Herotel is the worst ISP I have ever came across. I have been with them from the beginning of lockdown. All was well the first few months, then the connection issues started. It has become much more frequently recently and eventually about a month ago the router totally conked out. I spend two/three days getting hold of them, exhausting all my monthly cellphone minutes, buying hundreds of Rand's in airtime. Eventually got hold of them, technicians came out and sorted out the issue. Waking up yesterday at 5am (8/2/2023) I noticed an email from them stating my account is in arrears by R498. I immediately jumped on my banking app to check if I made payment, which was paid for. Called them, only to find out that the money owed is a call out fee which was not communicated with me during the phone call I had with them. I asked the person to listen to phone calls and tell me if a call out fee was mentioned. I would've paid it if it was mentioned, and/or an invoice was sent. My service has been suspended now because of the money owed, and I'm still waiting for them with a response as the issue was escalated. Once this issue is resolved I will cancel my contract with them. This has been the worst service from a service provider I have ever come across.
