Sh!@#ty service

I'm extremely dissatisfied with Herotel's service. Despite paying for their Wi-Fi, they've failed to reconnect me, and their customer support is unhelpful. I'm frustrated with the inconvenience and lack of care for customers. I think it's unacceptable that they're taking our money without providing the service we pay for. I'm still waiting for my refund, which was promised but hasn't been processed yet. The experience has been so poor.
