Since fibre has been brought into jeffreys bay, our intenet has been pathetic. 50megs up and down speed should be fast and reliable, but after countless complaints and reconfiguring of connections, its been pathetic. They should just close down and stop all services. I think its theft having to pay for a service that doesnt work. Shut them down and choose another company please. Never having fast internet OR even being able to watch youtube without breaks in connection, forcing one to use data from an even bigger money ***** like vodacom is and should be regulated by the communications authority.
