Service from Herotel non-existant

Since Monday we have been without wifi, I have called their offices so many times I ran out of airtime twice, I have asked for call backs but never received it, I have send emails and do not get response. The ONLY time I was able to speak to someone this morning he promised me someone will contact me to get my info for a technician to come to my house, ja right Im still waiting for the call let alone the technician showing up I was always a great fan of theirs but this time I have to give a 👎 as customers we were never informed what the problem is when you call the automated voice just says there is a problem in Limpopo and Mpumalanga, I mean what in the heck broke that two Provinces are affected, very dissapointed indeed
