This company is an insult to useless. I have contacted them several times due to a 50meg line that only gives 2.5meg. It now and again goes to 12meg but still it does not even send a 2 line email. It just buffers. One dude in technical said he will put me through to accounts so I can cancel. So it shows how great the service is. They just add customers but does not upgrade their systems. So any one out there what ever you do bypass them. A 5 Meg Telekom normal internet line makes this fiber line look like sh#$$$$%. Any better service providers there for the Estcourt area.
