Herotel’s service has been nothing short of HORRIBLE. I have been without internet for weeks, and to make matters worse, it appears I’ve even been blocked on my other number. This is completely unacceptable and beyond unprofessional.

After logging a ticket, they never get back to you until you change numbers and then the same thing happens all over again. This endless cycle shows a complete lack of accountability and customer care.

As a virtual worker, internet is my livelihood. Herotel has not only disrupted my work and daily life, but has also caused me unnecessary stress and financial strain. I deeply regret ever recommending this provider to my colleagues their service delivery is disgraceful.

Weeks have passed without any resolution, and I am still sitting without connectivity. This is absolutely unacceptable. Herotel, fix this issue immediately enough is enough.
