Rude unhelpful behavior. False responses and taking money without reason

So I switched to prepaid and got evidence and written proof that they would not debit me. They proceeded to debit me. After a month of going back and forth in emails they refuse to acknowledge their mistake and have since ignored my latest email and rep**** with a (have a blessed day) I asked a question and that is the reply.
