Port forwarding impossible with their freak of nature infrastructure and support nonexistent.

Customer support takes more than 3 hours per interaction with constant whatsapp bots spamming you. No phone line available. Port forwarding is simply not possible. Many online services don't work correctly because the internet access points seems to be broken up to multiple external IPs depending on your domain lookup.

This means you don't only have to worry about a Dynamic IP you have to worry about multiple external addresses each for a different usecase.

Trying to make a port forward is not possible with thier hardware, the only available option is to use the whatsapp bot.

After some usage of the bot the customer support cuts you off completely ghosting you.

If I had a choice, I would never use this service again.
