POOR SERVICR - NO REPSONSE - CHARGING FULL MONTHLY FEES WITH NO SERVICE CONNECTION

WIFI been down since Saturday, 29 March 2025 and until today Wednesday 02 April 2025. Problem not getting solved. Phone calls do not get answered and on hold forever or get cut off during your normal after hour service.

We must pay full monthly fees but we have no wifi connection.
