poor service from Herotel Potchefstroom Management, sales and planning

Promises was made to provide a quotation after a quick survey at a large business, although this is the second week of calling the Manager of the Potchefstroom shop. The sevey was done Friday 2 weeks back and quotation promised the following Monday. We heard nothing from Herotel for 2 weeks but then i went to their shop and the sales person had a lot of excuses and made more promises that we would get our quotation that same day. Obviously as predicted we did not get our quotation. Later that day when i contacted the very same sales person who was very unprofessional and after a discussion of how they did not manage the situation in the correct manner, he stated that Herotel does not need our business.

Herotel managed this situation very poorly but i was very supportive when they wanted to plant they're poles in my yard???????? Please explain. By the way there was no contractual obligation from either before or me.

I urgently need to discuss this with Mr. Wessel Parenthood
