Poor service from Herotel Potchefstroom

Poor service, and response time. Reported a fault several times, telephonically and by e-mail, after several days still no assistance. Yet full premium is deducted on a monthly basis despite this poor service. I am in Potchefstroom, and also visited their branch. Still waiting for the technician
