Poor service from herotel

Poor company when it comes informing clients you must always phone after them to find out what is the problem with the internet system even when you phone them they say they will phone you back and explain to you what is happening on the system they never phone you back very disappointment with their response to clients I am going to find another internet service provider we have been without internet for 2 days now and still not know what is going on
