Poor Service

The worst service ever experienced, the consultants are being moody at you, as is the service is free, and always hang up on the customer. Been without internet for 2 days, and always saying they will send a technician and still waiting. And I work from home, and my work has to wait for them. My friend had the same issue and had to wait 2 weeks for the technician to be dispatch to her house.
