Poor service by herotel

I logged a call will herotel on Sunday that I dont have internet and its been a couple of days. On Monday I was told a technician would come to my house to fix whatever might be the problem. Its Tuesday today I've spoken to more than 3 agents and no one has an idea when a technician will come to my house to solve the problem yet on their system it shows i should have been helped by now. Its been more than 5 days without internet yet I paid for the service and no one can tell me when this matter will be resolved
