poor service

we using herotel as 8mb internet line and we also paying 8 mb line amount to Herotel, but Herotel service is such a poor and consultant are really ***********, when i log a call or send them email i do not receive response, today i could not do any work due to slow internet of Herotel, but when i logged a call lady was very unprofessional and at the end she cut the call while talking to her, called again and logged the call i was promised by consultant that technician will call me within 15min but no call received eventually i received a call from them after 2hrs, but same disappointment again, my argument is i am paying for 8mb line but i am only receiving 2 to 3 mb.
