Poor Service!

I am so frustrated with Herotel yooh. I keep getting messages and emails that I am owing and my services wil be cut off. I paid on the 26th and now I have sent my proof of payment after getting that email,but still I am getting SMSes and more emails. I used there WhatsApp line to get some help and after choosing to speak to an agent,it will keep you waiting for agent for over 30 mins and then finally an agent will greet you and introduce their name,then I explain what my issue is but after that the automated machine will ask you to choose an option and the agent will be gone. The frustration is their poor service cos I know very well that they will cut off my services and to be reconnected will be a hassle
