Poor network and customer service

I'm paying for the service that I do not use. The network is always down which makes it hard for us as a family because our TV is connected to the WIFI. I tried several times to reach herotel on all their platforms they told me they will send a technician to come and check what might be the problem for the network to be down for the whole week up until now. I am still waiting. I don't recommend herotel
