POOR FIBRE / CONNECTION LOST / POOR SPEED

Suppose to have a 50up and 50down speed fibre but its ****. The last month i can not even play online games or even watch a video on tiktok without lagging or conectivity lost during online gaming. I dont care that the price went up with R50.00 but the service i am getting is **** to say.
