Poor Customer Service

Extremely poor customer service! I'm a customer of Herotel for over 9 years and never made a late payment or missed one. Now that I really need them to assist with poor and slow internet speed, they make promises to return my call and to assist in solving the issue, but they don't keep their promises. I've made numerous phone calls. The whatsapp number they so proudly advertise has an automatic reply saying they can't assist and I should try again in an hour... I'm trying to upgrade my services but still no serious assistance. Very frustrating and disappointing. Their customer service honestly need some serious shaping up!
