POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

In my life I have never had such bad customer carr service. You hold on for hours, whatsapp no given just sends automated replies and no human to speak to. You take the monthly fee but dont provide any service for the fee. If you look on FB there are just complaints, but management seems not to be bothered. We have no other choice on the farm but of you do make that right choice
