Paying for nothing

This is the worst service provider ever😒, I don't think herotel respects their paying clients, their service is absolutely revolting, from not having internet for 5 days and no form of communication from them and to top it all off, days later and I'm still waiting for a technician to come through and they are clearly walking from CPT to Jhb!! The worst ever service provider.
