Pathetic slow customer experiance on pentensially new install

Where this process is supposed to progress smoothly it has been stagnated for a week now ,

so wanted to know what the total cost of install is so i can compare it to the other providers in my area not like they are the only ones providing services here but i digress but anyway

been more than a week now and still no answers you call the closest branch no one answers , the guy who messaged me on whats app is sleeping there is nothing happening there after few messages

last message i got was guy wants photo... i can see the stupid tower no why must i give you a photo just tell me the total costs of installation as of this stage the service is so beyond pathetic why would anyone even consider using them clearly they don't care about new business
