Pathetic service herotel

I have never experienced such pathetic service. On the day of my scheduled installation I get phoned by herotel saying they need to reschedule my installation as they have run out of stock. How does a company of this size plan their installations and stock? I ask to speak to a manager and no manager is available. Absolutely pathetic.
