Pathetic service from herotel

If I could give this company less than one star I would their service is pathetic… I called in for a week straight to complain that my WiFi keeps dropping and I got no response that helped … each service consultant gives a different response and then they tell you that were wrong and didn’t know what the issue was … I spoke to 3 seniors and still got no satisfaction…. Absolutely pathetic service
