Pathetic service

I deposited R199 for Herotel fibre connection then I send through proof of payment as I was advised to do so, after sending the pop I spoke to a Lady called Johanna, then during the conversation on whatsapp she never came back to me, then she transfered me to other agents without informing me and those agents kept transferring me after asking for my details. Then I called and spoke to other agent who told me that Johanna revoked my account and he doesn't know why.but he will send it through for further assistance.next day in the morning I called again and I spoke to the guy called Siya who just also transfered me without telling me. The service in that place is joke. I need my fibre to be installed asap.
