Pathetic service and they couldn't care less

Have been waiting more than 2 hours (proof of photos available) for technical support, tried both to Western Cape whatsapp support line as well as phoning the help line. They are absolutly pathetic! They have no pride in their service!! If you look at the quantity of complaints and ratings it just show that they dont care at all!
