Pathetic service affecting my business

My Wi-fi is down at my holiday home with clients not able to connect for their activities. I have been in contact with Herotel from morning, waiting for support to schedule appointment to assist. I’m still waiting as I’m writing. Security compromised due to this lack of services. Been contacting their agent on WhatsApp Moipone and Kelly-Ann from Schedule department, just indicate “how can I assist”after that they went mute… no response no update at all. An extreme pathetic service I have ever experienced
