Pathetic service!!!!😡

Signed up for their fiber services and I am waiting for a technician to come out and install the router, according to their allocation department a technician was assigned on Monday and now it Tuesday after business hours. I’ve been calling since they office opened and was told the tech will come through today but they not sure what time, but when you sign up you’ll be told that a technician will call you and check for your availability which is not the case. Instead I’m the one calling the support line trying to understand when is the technician coming. Could do any all day and tomorrow schools are opening and I couldn’t run my errands. This such a pathetic service and reconsidering my decision to sign up for such a lousy ISP
