Pathetic service

I have been trying to get a hold of human resources Sinazo since last week. I left numerous messages for her to call me back but no response or help from anyone at the company. All i want is my irp5 now i have to beg and plea for it. Imagine if i needed internet then someone will quickly call me back. Can someone helpful enough please assist me by urgently sending me my irp5
