Pathetic Service
The content of your email once again highlights your cluelessness. The fact that you refer to an email from two years ago is beyond ridiculous. That email has absolutely no relevance to this situation and the fact that you are to ******** to see that speaks volumes.
If you look at your own previous correspondence you will note that the timeline indicates that my banking details changed end of last year. At that point in time you were informed on more than one occasion after receiving various threats of cancellation of my service of these changes.
You refused to acknowledge this and I was forced to pay my account via EFT each month.
Dis was again brought under your attention more than once via hellopeter which you again refused to acknowledge.
If you keep on refusing to change my debit order accordingly you are welcome to put it in writing so that I can forward some to the ombudsman.
You will not force me to pay in a different way because of your ignorance. You yourself created this situation and I will gladly cancel my service rather than to bend the knee to you!
Once again you have proven to be the most worthless service provider in the country!!!! Your worthlessness is truly noteworthy and should be broadcasted far and wide.
Your level of incompetence is truly unmatched. The way you distance yourself from any form of accountability is remarkable!!!!!
