Pathetic Fibre quality. Continues to drop everyday

I wish that Herotel would just like to catch a wake up. Brandfort fibre goes out twice a day. The speed test on a 50mb line shows 3mb download and 7mb upload. I made calls everyday now and they want to tell my my solar system is the problem.

Folks the whole town has endless problems. Yet you want to charge us R609 for a 50mb line. But you have such a downside fibre line and service.

Brandfort needs proper audit done and solve this pathetic service.
