Pathetic!

I Logged a ticket due to limited internet functionality. I have internet connection but cannot send work emails, almost as if the IP address has been blocked. Its been 3 days trying to communicate with Herotel East London to resolve the issue, but they simply just cannot, and give me the run around saying they are working on it. Its been 3 whole days and they can't figure out the problem? This is the worst service i have ever experienced!
