Pathetic customer support

We work from home, mainly using Zoom and other platforms to teach internationally. Our supposed fibre connection is very unstable, dropping the connections up to five times an hour. We call on a daily basis, and they adjust the setting, but it happens over and over again. We are losing money and our livelihood is in danger. Nobody at Herotel cares enough about their customers to do something about it. We used to live in Gauteng and never had any trouble. The Klerksdorp office is ***********, and nothing has improved. The technicians in Kroonstad are professional and helpful, but they have no support from their head office.
