Paid, but no service for almost a month

I took over someone in my area's contract, Herotel still deducted from their account.. 28 days later and No one has contacted me for the Install, Spoke to FIVE sales agents in this period who all promise to get back to me, just for me to have to call in again and again and again, paying over R300 in fee's to call, and be placed on hold for extensive periods at a time.

I have given the contact for the person who is the install agent in the area, he is radio silent and sales tells me they are also not getting through to him.

I am 4 days short of a Month, having paid for something I do not yet have and I have to constantly follow up and question this...
