Old customer kept on inferior package.

I have been with Herotel and their predecessor Bronberg for over 7 years and they still kept me on an inferior p10 Mbps uncapped package at 30% more cost than the 50 Mbps uncapped package offered new customers, or 25% higher cost than newer packages offering 100 Mbps. Not only that, but my WiFi does not reach the full house, and when I raise it with their technical team, they tell me to buy an extender!
