Not so happy

These people don’t care they only care about the payment the after care of customers doesn’t matter to them our WiFi since yesterday is down we called they said it would be ohk up until now I’ve tried to reach them via WhatsApp since 07h30 I’ve been on hold ever since and this thing happens every month what plans do they have in place to avoid this
