Not Herotel but Zerotel

It should be a minus 5. If you like paying for a service and product that you dont actually get then this one is for you. In actual fact you cant complain about the service cause there aint any!!! They dont communicate regarding issues, you have to guess or phone them 5 or 6 times before you get any answers. They will just decommission the tower you are connected to without letting you know, leaving you high and dry with no means of communication and still take your money. Would not recommend them at all because there business ethics and values are questionable.
