Not an internet provider!

Have had issues since day 1 even was thinking of canceling and after talking to them they sent the cancelation forms which we never completed and then they continued to disconnect our service without any forms and with us being paid up for a full month, they disconnected us on the 11th..been calling all morning and they still have not fixed the issue..
