NorthWest - No issues at all!!!

I ser Herotel had a lot of bad reviews, however I have an honest liking of Herotel and would like to share. I started using herotel in 2021 in Potchefstroom, they were tops. Always had full network and they have informed my via email if there is maintenance in the area to be aware of. They're employees over the phone have ALWAYS been super friendly and helpful. They went out of their way on a Saturday afternoon when I had to move urgently, to come out and assist with moving the router in Klerksdorp. Coming from Rain wifi, Herotel has been providing super service since 2021 and I won't be moving any time soon! Thanks for providing the service you promised.
