No replay for a month about Wifi Apoplication

Hereby I want to log a complaint about Herotel

I contacted the Klerksdorp branch regarding Wi-fi on 20 September 2024.

The lady was eager to help me, I gave all the information that they wanted. She said my application was handled and the technical team will make contact.

Today is a month and had no response after I made contact with them via Whatzapp back and forth.

The informed me also there is no signal for Herotel in my area THAT IS COMPLETE BULL**** since all my neighbours have Herotel.

Herotel asked for proof of signal of that of neighbours.

I choose Herotel because of the "good Signal and packages "

Would like to have their Wi-Fi.

So I am not making contact again. By the end of the Month there better be Wif-Fi And Contact forom them.
