No internet coverage

Herotel Rustenburg is so slow in helping their customers. I've had no internet coverage for 6 days and when I call they say they will send someone. I'm still waiting for that someone to come. Can't even work from because of this Wi-Fi being down.

What other provider can I use? I think it's time to say Bye bye to Herotel.
