No internet, can't even reach the service centre!

When your Internet goes down, there is only 1 service number that puts you on hold for 5 minutes and then asks you to leave a message as if they'll call you back. I've been trying to call for an hour and no answer!

How do you run a business without Internet, if your provider can't even be reached!

This is the worst service I have ever had with any Internet provider.
