No internet access 70% of the month

We moved over to Herotel from Bronberg (who already could not deliver a service) to even worse service. 4 out of the 7 days a week, our wifi is down. Calling their call centre leads to no result as the automated voice says “there are 0 callers ahead of you” but a call never gets answered. If uncapped wifi is something you’re going for, remove Herotel from your list. It’s not worth paying for a service you don’t get.
