NO HEROTEL BAD SERVICE

*** service. 1st connection appointment was not kept. Then a pole had to be planted no problem but after they did not come back to finish the installation. Only when I threatened to get a different service provider was it done. Asked for debit order to be on the 1st they decided to make it the 26th and switched off the service. Paid and send proof of payment and don't get any service although it's paid and I was promised by them that it wil be switched when proof was send. Don't get hold of anybody after hours to resolve their promises. Herotel are ****s and ***** your money by letting you pay while your service stays offline. This is my notice month herotel so you can't lie and say I did not give you notice!
