No Hero in Herotel

This internet provider suspended your line very quickly if you are late on a payment. No grace. But they can have almost a whole week without out us not having internet. Then they expect the full amount month end. Why do we oay for a service if they cant even provide. Then every time the internet is off we receive the same message outage caused by international carrier. Then when support assist they say there is a problem at the herotel box. Or they have a 3rd party issue. Their support is very poor. I was short with R50 on my 1000 payment and still they suspended my line now questions asked. But they can easy let us sit without out internet for days.
