No hero in herotel

Herotel customer service is worse than pathetic, been speaking to Roxanne who is apparently working for Herotel in east London south Africa. Nothing but promises which never get fulfilled. I have extremely low internet speeds and sometimes none at all!!!. Internet speeds download of 0.4 and upload often zero.
