NO HERO IN Herotel

Herotel = NOtel there is NO hero in this story. Call to report 3 weeks of 2/3 Mbps of a 50Mbps fiber. They said they know the area needs an upgrade on the sisteem but can't say when that will be. No communication to say there is a problem. But you as the customer just need to pay!!!! UNACCEPTABLE!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!
