No following up sorting out no data.

Herotel polokwane has terrible terrible service. We have been sitting two days with out internet. Iv called and reported they have "logged the calles" but no one phones to schedule a time or date to come fix it. They are very quick to say there will be a call out charge which I agreed to and told them to come sort it out. We have a few of our businesses on their packages and we always battle with them when we have a issue like this. There is no communication or the calls don't get logged. Iv logged it now again for the 3rd time. The customer care line assistant said the scheduling team will call me tomorrow to set a time and date. This was ment to happen this morning but nothing. A person has to keep phoning and phoning and phoning. Very disappointed. When herotel was still Xpress networks the service was good but now it's really been a challenge each time we set up a new business to get coverage with them.
