No customer service

This company cant help you when you have a problem this is the 3rd time ive been experiancing this, they dont value their customers who has been with them from the begining, your wifi goes off, and you strugle for days for someone to help or assist you, they have all these help lines just for you to find out that nobody can help you, not their email department or their telephone department or their whatsapp department, waste all your airtime and time to get some help just for them to tell you they cant help you, they are worse than the state department, so many ppl are working there but nobody get assistance, what a waste of my time and energy, i tell them each time im going to take my business elswere, but they dont mind at all, they just want you out of their hair, so if you want assistance dont waste your time and breath, cause they clearly dont value customer service
