No customer care

No one answers their customer care lines even after saying there's no one in the queue. Our companies internet has been off/unusable for 2 weeks now and no one gets back to a person to help resolve the problem. Our cancelation is in progress but i will not recommend this company for any of your data/wifi/fibre needs.
